Are not able to login into the application. Continue to keep getting an mistake. Application is English however the mistake is in Chinese so I don't know what it's. Rebooted cellular phone, uninstalled/reinstalled application, turned off info for a few minutes, but no use. I however are unable to Successfully Submitted (Awaiting Approval)
